Psychology
Understanding human behavior is critical to succeeding in today's ever-changing and demanding work environments. A Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Kendall College's School of Business provides a foundation for understanding the many realms of human behavior to increase success in a variety of careers.
To address the needs of today's working professionals, Kendall also offers a blended program option that combines online coursework with classroom instruction approximately one Saturday per month. Whether you're just starting out or applying previous credits to finish your education, Kendall can help you realize your dream of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in this exciting field.
$12,000 Scholarship
To help make your educational goal more attainable, Kendall College has created a Psychology Program Scholarship. Full-time students will receive $1000 per term (a tuition reduction of nearly 25%) for the duration of their continuous enrollment at Kendall ($12,000 total value).
To qualify, students must:
- Apply and be accepted into Kendall College
- Start school Fall of 2009
- Stay continuously enrolled at full-time status
- Maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA
In addition, the scholarship cannot be used in combination with other institutional aid. The student will receive the highest institutional award, and institutional awards may not exceed 50% of the cost of tuition.

Kendall has prepared outstanding culinary professionals for over 20 years. Here, you'll develop both excellent culinary and business management skills for the foodservice industry. Your understanding of techniques and ingredients will be developed through intensive hands-on learning under the close supervision of our esteemed faculty. You'll study under committed faculty with decades of real-world experience and learn in state-of-the-art teaching kitchens with the latest technology.
Your culinary education will be balanced with an understanding of the foodservice industry. You'll participate in a highly respected internship program, gaining invaluable working experience in some of the world's leading foodservice institutions. You'll learn what success looks like, right where it's happening.

Whether you're just beginning your college education, already have an associate's degree in early childhood education, or simply need to obtain certification, Kendall offers three tracks to fit your needs:
- B.A. in Early Childhood Education leading to Illinois Type 04 Certification* – for those seeking state certification to teach Pre-K through Grade 3 in a school setting or organization that requires certification.
- B.A. in Early Childhood Education, Non-Certification – for anyone interested in a career in the early childhood field where certification is not required.
- Post-baccalaureate, Illinois Type 04 Teacher Certification Preparation* – for those who have already earned a B.A. or a B.S. and wish to complete the Illinois Type 04 (Early Childhood Education) Teacher Certification requirements only.
Kendall College's Early Childhood Education program offers three formats for maximum flexibility. Choose to study on campus, online, or combine your online courses with campus instruction with our hybrid format. Students also have the option of mixing formats to suit their schedule and learning preferences.
